A lite version of Protopage.com - AJAX - javascript and php/mysql on the backend

We need a professional AJAX developer with high feedback on RAC and a demonstrated portfolio of AJAX work. We need a fully functional AJAX website that mimics a basic version of protopage.com. Here are the items that we need: 1) Interactive desktop - widgets can be stretched, closed, mouse over pop-ups for news/rss, overlay widgets ontop of each other. 2) Ability to add/remove widgets from desktop via the "Add widgets" link on the lower navigation. 3) We just need basic widgets at first: HTML/Rich text sticky note, weather, digital clock, rss news feed 4) We only need two tabs from protopage - 1) the "Untitled Page" tab which is the default page 2) The "Productivity" tab - this should have all of the widgets: todo list, sticky note, comment box, and photo upload. 5) Tabs should be able to be moved in differnet orders like on protopage. 6) Widgets should be able to be closed, resized and the server needs to remember all of the widget/tab settings per user. Once they login, all of the settings should be retrieved. 7) We need the ability to create a new account with an email activation. 8) The advanced tab functionalities won't be needed in this phase. 9) Gravity off/on would be a nice feature. If this is something that you can not do, please let me know prior to bid acceptance, otherwise it will be part of the project. 10) Color/background image will not be needed in this phase. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
