corporate/e-commerce php structure for a website

Hi we're looking for a single developer (this mean that we're not accepting bids by companies) who can build a basic php structure (with the html markup) for a new website. The basic functions of the websites will be to: 1 Present the company, their products, a blog section and some other small features 2 Provide a log-in system that enables visitors who register themeselves to access and accomplish some small tasks and send payments The new website will have a corporate layout for the not logged in users and a different user zone. The users logged in will have the possibility to reply to a questionnaire, choose some elements (the website main function will be to give to logged-in users the elements to choose that we will need to build them their website), visualize payments at backend decided moments and pay.
