Here are a few ideas for this project: - PHP / MySQL front-end, no flash, custom design - payment gateway, to accept major credit/debit cards - ~ 40 flash games to begin with, and the possibility to add more from the admin control panel - everything needs to be dynamic, and give the admin the possibility to manage things from the CP - user side control panel, to view account history, to add or remove cards - transfer / deposit funds - user can deposit funds into the account, and can transfer to any user of this site - 2 level affiliate system - advertising system, for publishers and advertisers, with auction component. - staff login, with permissions management interface in the admin CP - games should also be available for download and offline use About the development: We require full ISO standard specifications for the product you can develop. Nobody here has time to develop those, so you will have to do it yourself, consider this as a part of your bid. The better the specs, the better the chances for you to get the project. Since specs are considered as a sub-product, you will be paid for them. Please do not bid unless you have/can write the specs. Should the project design be what we expect (quality and price) we can talk about you developing the software.
