Develop a randomizer and MLM cycler script that ties into Wordpress

This is a repost of a previous project. I awarded it to a different programmer here and even though he told me it was well on its way, he produced nothing but promises. So now I am out of the money I already released to him as it looks like he will not refund the milestone I advanced him. So enough whining. Here is the project. If you are not familiar with Wordpress, Randomizers and Matrix Cycler scripts, I do not think this would be the project for you. Here is an example of a randomizer script: [login to view URL] Here is an example of a site that is using a type of MLM cycler script and the operational functions that I would want for the most part: [login to view URL] I have site that has Wordpress installed using the Bubbypress community plugin. When someone joins my site they join as a new member for free. A prospect comes to my main page URL. The main page is actually the affiliate url for my site for a random member who has already signed up. If a returning prospect comes to the page, then there would be a cookie that would take them to the member URL they were visiting at first. So there would be a joining form on that main page/ When the person joins, they would then be taken to the inside of the membership site which is wordpress. There would be two different areas in the membership site. One would be for the person who just joins and it would be the Free members area. The other would be the upgraded members area, This is controlled by the WP plugin s2member which I have installed. When the person joined as a free member, they are not be in their sponsors cycler matrix but in the queue to be placed under their sponsor if they upgrade. Once they upgrade, the are then placed in the next available spot under their sponsor. In order for them to upgrade, they will make three payments (as in the randomizer script I referred to above) They would pay a fee directly to the person who sponsored them, then they would pay a fee to another random upgraded member and lastly, they would pay a fee to the admin. All those fees are paid directly into the person's payza or stpay(SolidTrustPay) account. When they have paid all three people, they then are entered into the matrix. From that point on, as far as the matrix, I would want it to work exactly like the cycler site I referred to above. When a person logs into the members area and they have not upgraded, It should tell them that if they had upgraded, there would have been 'x' members under them. The 'x' are the people who joined after them. Also when a person joins, they would get a referral url that would be dynamic so that when someone goes to their URL, it would automatically put that person under the person whose url it was. So for example if my site is [login to view URL] and someone joins, they would have a dynamic url that is my replicated site with their info. So their url would be [login to view URL] I need the ability as admin to be able to change the matrix size and amount of commissions. There is one more script that I would show you as an example of a WP plugin that does a lot of this already. It is http://wpmlm.com. It does almost everything that I need, but unfortunately it is ioncube coded so I can modify it to fit my needs. So in summary what I am looking for is for you to develop the randomizer/cycle-matrix script that could insert the member's login info into the WP database so it is a single login for both. Those are the basics of what I need. If I have not been clear enough, please send me message.
