We require a proof of concept software development Mission : Document Tracking System *** Step 1: Entry Form with *** - Select File - Document Name - Tag Lines - Category assignement - Autor - Date of creation - Date of approval - Date of archive Set Link to Master Documents (e.g. a revision of a plan N°B means we would select plan N°A as being the master) Set Link to Slaves (e.g. we would need to link the document to another set of plans (which contains e.g. electrical wire schemes => we select that respective plan as Slave) *** Step 2: OCR processing of Word doc resp. pdf or tif *** in order to be able to seach by keywords through the document just to indicate, not to be done now *** Step 3: Search Main Window *** 2 Windows Tree's: 1x left / 1x right View View Masters/Slaves in windows explorer like tree structure (e.g. dhtmlx tree) Search box with autocomplete on top of each window view to filter/find results based on: Document name / tags / OCR strings Left window Tree with filtered searched result doc (similar to what you have in windows explorer means still seing the folder structures) Right tree See ALL Masters (red) and Slaves (green) of the document selected in the left window (again within their tree structure) On double click of document open document. *** Generic *** - Folder structure should be setup by admin AND be extensible/modifyable - If any possible the search window should be Mobile compatible - It's for a proof of concept to a client so mainly nice frontend graphics and showing that it's feasable.
