1. I need a complete solution that would allow to choose 2 dates (from_date/to_date) from an HTML form (like picking up dates for an hotel reservation).
2. You need to know HTML,PHP,Ajax, Javascript,CSS
3. The 2 text fields (from_date/to_date) starts with no value at the beginning
4. Clicking on one of the text fields will pop up a floating window(div with an absolute position). Like the one that pops up on phpMyAdmin when you click on a "date" field.
5. Choosing a date will close the window, and present the chosen date inside the text field.
6. The format of the chosen date inside the date field will be as follows: 10-Sep-2013. Which 10 is the day, "Sep" is the initial 3 letters of the chosen month, and 2013 is the chosen year.
7. The only way to choose or change the date will be from the floating date window.
8. The date range of the date pop up window, will be 12 months ahead. So if I choose to insert a date now, I will be able to choose from September 2013 to August 2014.
9. Each month will display only valid days(and dates).
10. Browsing through months will be via the small arrows inside the floating window.
11. All scripts have to be placed in the top of the HTML file.
12. All text that appears in the HTML/AJAX has to be inserted as PHP variable and, placed in top of the file. Something similar to $text_month_array=array("January","february"…); This is crucial because I working with several languages on the same script, so I have to be able to change words via variables, without looking for the in the HTML file.
13. The date window should be as much costumable as possible (size,colors,background color). The default will be similar to the one as in phpMyAdmin (Font family:verdana, font size:12px; colors:black,gray(dark/bright).

1. Important Note. Some of you suggest using jQuery. I'm aware of the date picker function in jQuery. At this time I would prefer not to use this option. If you can do it purely with Javascript/Ajax/PHP/CSS it would be best.
2. Another request. Each date field will have a hidden text field (from_date_real/to_date_real). When someone chooses a certain date, these fields will be updated too but with a mysql style date format. If the regular field will show 10-Sep-2013 , the hidden field will show 2013-09-10.

This can be done jquery very quickly. 2 or 3 css and js need to be included in pages. You can configure font or ui div color of date picker through css.
