The Free Economy is an online database where people can give away things for free and find things for free.
It is currently running in version 1 at [login to view URL]
It needs to be updated to version 2 and include such things as user accounts and saved searches etc. Think of it as having similar functionality to eBay, only everything is free.
I had previously employed someone through oDesk to do this upgrade, but they disappeared and the project did not continue, hence I am trying here for someone.
The extant of the work that was done by this person can be seen here:

I need someone to either continue with what the previous person was doing, or to write their own version from scratch if that is easier.

Detailed instructions are as follows:
When a user logs in they need to be taken to a menu page that has 7 options. As well as these options in the top right of that screen it also needs to say "Welcome <username> Account details Log out". Account details and log out are obviously both links.
Here are the 7 options the page needs to have:
List something to give away
View things I have already listed to give away
Look for something I need (can be saved as a request)
View my saved requests
Search what other people are requesting
Make a project
View my current projects
Now when the user clicks on one of these they will need to be taken to a page that will allow them to do that thing.
Let's start with the second last option "Make a project"
Please refer to the attached scan - I've roughly drawn how I'd like the page to be since I can't do it on an actual computer!
First of all my bit of paper was a bit narrow - so the Welcome, username, account details and log out all need to be on the one line; as does the 5 big boxes at the bottom.
The purpose of a project is to group everything you need for something you want to make or do. In the scan I've used the simple example of making a chicken pen.
Each field should be fairly obvious but I'll run through them anyway:
Project name: The name of the project (this will come up in the users project list)
Description: A longer text description of the project
Item 1: The first item or thing that is needed for the project - here the boxes run horizontally, but they are the same as the ones on the user interface as it is now that run vertically. So the first box is the Level One definition, the second is the Level 2 definition and so on - the last box is one where you can enter a text description of the item
Location: as per the current set up on the user interface - where you select a country and then use the pull down list for the town name or manually enter it. These can be prefilled from the details on the users account details page, but they can also be over ridden or changed to something else here.
Then the last 5 buttons:
Add an item: allows the user to ad an item - there is no limit to how many items they can ad
Delete an item: Delete any by it's number
Save the project - saves the whole project
Return to project list - returns to the list of all the users projects
Return to main menu - returns to that list of 7 at the beginning
