Custom member management for Wordpress. Like FAB.com

This is for CODE WRITING/ SCRIPT WRITING ONLY. I will be taking care of the html/css of the site. I'm looking for someone who can build me something similar to [login to view URL] 's admin back-end. Customers can sign in and view and edit their info, plus I would be able to issue customers credit codes and affiliate codes to their accounts. I would need this to be integrated into my wordpress install. Because of the Stripe payment gateway, I also am leaning towards using [login to view URL] 's shopping cart plugin. (I need to be able to use STRIPE as my payment processor.) I'm hoping you can tie this all together so that it's integrated into the customer's backend area. In other words, I don't want to have multiple plugins running separate things. I would like one script doing it all. PLUS, VERY IMPORTANT. This HAS TO BE SECURE. I also would really need you to either have a [login to view URL] account, or please sign up, so that you can see how they are doing their member management.
