Custom Wordpress site needs modifications

Hello coders, I have a site that is built using Wordpress. I need this site tweaked so pages can be added using the wordpress admin easily. Right now when a new page is added or modified, the whole look of the site changes. All pages with scroll bars are currently not modifiable, modifying them will make items disappear/malfunction. I believe this has to do with the scrollbar in javascript not being properly implemented. I want to keep this same scroll bar and be able to modify. 1. Pages without a scroll bar currently cannot have a lot of text added, I would like for scrollbar to automatically appear when text is added and scrolling is necessary. 2. I want to make all changes through the non-technical visual tab, not html with the coding language 3. Subpages: need to be able to easily add subpages as non-tech person 4. Main Navigation pages: can you make it so that if I add main navigation pages, the homepage [login to view URL] will adjust so that everything is on one line & it looks centered & balanced?
