Custom PHP/Sql Project

Hi

We are looking some one to develop a web based application, that will be coded in php and use a my sql data base.

The application will require importing different csv files into a database then comparing some of the data for 2 different tables to then fill another table with date,

it is quite complex but very hard to describe without giving the project away.

It is designed to automatically asign people jobs etc based on different grading of their skills
