Custom Add Script

Hi I'm looking for a script to use with website advertisemnt widgets/codes/scripts Details: --------- # The script will work with way, for example, when users click on a download link, they will get to see a count down form lets say 15sec waiting and an advertise with bellow it with following text "click on the advertise bellow to get download link or wait till the countdown finishes", # The functionality of the script will is to give user the download link once they click on the advertisement. basically the code function would be will be quite like this: If user clicks on the div contents (advertisement/link), show download ink else show countdown script and once countdown finishes, give download link. Looking to hire asap.
