Coupon Component for Joomla 1.5 or 1.6

I need a Joomla component that allows users to login, create, and edit coupons. The component must act as a directory for coupons. Coupons must be formatted to look like a printed coupon and all coupons must display on the "Coupons" page. I would also like the coupons page to have an RSS feed button to use to export the entire page into an RSS feed Facebook app.
I would like for the coupons to be selectable to print out one or multiple coupons at the same time (for example, see this link: [url removed, login to view])
The back-end control panel of the component should allow admins to enter custom fields in addition to the default fields (Title, Description, Expiration Date, Email, Website, Image and Disclaimer).
Will need the coupons formatted with a web 2.0 look.
I invite you to list other features that you think will make the description of this project better.
I haven't decided if I'm going to use Jooma 1.5 or 1.6 for this project. Please tell me whether or not you can make the component available for both platforms.
