Contract Web Guru - short term and on-going projects

I am seeking an experienced Web Designer and Developer with at several years experience in hand-coding HTML, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript for on-going part-time contract work to work as my assistant on several high profile websites. My client list has grown and I need someone to take over much of my day to day web work. You will act as the web site guru both for design and aesthetics, as well as new features including back-end. This is a jack-of-all-trades kind of role from PHP back-end to design of web pages and is ideal for a skilled web person who only wants to work a few hours a day, or in projects. If you do not specifically address the requirements in this listing, I will not read your application. +++ Qualifications +++ •At least 3 years experience in hand-coding HTML, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript for W3C standards compliant web sites (if you rely on tables for your layouts, don't bother applying) •Experience in coming up with designs to meet user interaction and information goals. You will work with a design lead, but your design and UI skills are a key asset. •Solid skills in javascript.
