1. Built site in joomla or Drupal. The overall overall is comparable to: [login to view URL]
It should be cross browser compatible, clean, optimized, css, tables free and W3C valid.
There should be no problems in compatibility, loading or glitches (This simply means it should be a work well done)
Please note that after completion I will present to the client and I anticipate some changes will be requested.
I will provide the ftp passwords to the server so you test and can publish the site.
Beyond excellent PSD to HTML service I am looking for and overall excellent experience and working relation.
