Client admin Portal communication

Require a Client and admin portal, All windows / tabs to be unlimitted length, so no scroll bars let window increase and information increases .... ( only side message tabs should have scroll so stays same size as rest of growing page) Also there is a message window that communicates between us and clients, this is to appear in some tabs, all to have the same copy of information. I have created detailed drawing to help explain the two protals that interact together. Admin has a creating new user for database that allows us to see all customers quickly and also some info about there orders, Also a message board to see all current unresponded messages in one window. -quote page, which basically allows us to upload quote picture which is displayed in client portal. -Design allows us to upload more pics which display in client portal - Guest list this is where customer inputs in client portal and we can later copy and paste info into xcel through admin - Place cards if possible system takes names from guest list and seperates each name under each other. - Messages opens all message history from this customer, same as side portal but bigger view Client has same info as per attachment but operates little different can only view and accept quote and design page, guest list they input information and can edit this page and place cards, but once sent can no longer edit ( Turns it into read only) or admin can close it through home page..... or unclose it by clicking on button so customer can edit it. Also they can only see quote tab untill the confirm approval and admin approves and changes grey circle ( Pending) and click on green - On / approved. Message tab displays all history of messages the same as side panel on some tabs. Project to be uploaded on your server for viewing 30% Payment on admin portal 30% on Client portal 40% on changes and implementation will operate seperately from website.
