Changes for Joomla site - need javascript knowledge

Icons should follow the same style. 2. Increase the width of the side bar (abstract, authors, other) so the whole are fits into the 1100px wrapper. Also change the height of the side bar to match the bottom of the dataset area. 3. Now the 'delete' button appears for all users. This should only appear if the logged in user is an administrator. 4. Hide the 'help' button (so it can be easily returned later) and change the 'extra' tab on the side bar to display the help text.
