Backend front end design/scripter

We're looking for a temporary in house IT employee with good knowledge of PHP & HTML to create two company websites over aperiod of three months. We have a dedicated Linux server and want to use PHP and other open source solutions to create the initial web presences. One site is far more complex that the other and will require forum boards and a mirror which is done in Chinese. You'll need to be hard working, available full time to do the work in our offices and willing to do what it takes to cobble together the bits and bobs that give us a strong website for a specific niche market. You'll need to speak English and have a good work attitude.

Experience is not as important as talent and ability and this would make an excellent position for a fresh graduate with strong skills. We don't want "cute" we need corporate and you'll need to be able to do it all, create a CMS or find us an open source one that will work for us, Design the PHP templates and elements of the website and also be an HTML proficient coder who can help us take the back end into the front in a way that works for our user base.

We want someone to work within our offices under our daily direction and the time line will be tight and important that the milestone markers are on target.
