Article Embed Script

I want to allow my website visitors to embed the content from my website or blog to their website instead of them just taking the content. If their visitors see my content on their site, there should be a link back to my site for seo and traffic purposes. I wish to place ad space within the content so that it appears on my site but also their site (if they are using my content). If I don't want a website to display my content, I should have an option via an admin control panel to remove the website url so that the content is unable to appear on their site. Once the software is created, I'll be installing the software on a basic server hosted by Hostgator. I would also be interested in 2 plugins (Wordpress and Joomla) that can be used with this script. Please advise any ideas you have in developing this software and detail what you will deliver to me once the script is completed.
