apache OFBiz integration and customization

Need a developer who has experience with Apache OfBiz to make modifications to the application for use in a back end order management environment. We want small applications to hook into the OFBiz structure without grossly modifying the way it functions, so that we can continue to upgrade the OfBiz suite without much transition. We prefer to work with a developer with experience with OFBiz, so please send references to OFBiz implementation clients or links to your OFBiz work in your reply. Also, if you are an active member or contributor of the OFBiz project, please let us know your user ID at the OFBiz forums so we can review your expertise (if you do not mind). We first need the following modules configured into the base OfBiz suite: [login to view URL] credit card processing FedEx shipping USPS shipping (may be a module or may need to be created) UPS shipping We also need some add ons to the user interface to make special log in applications usable to shipping staff, with easy to use and access features that facilitate the efficient processing of orders: for example: Shipping staff log in can immediately view (more information in attached document): Orders ready to ship Orders with backorders Orders waiting for returns... In addition, we also need for OFBiz to have the ability to import customer, product and order data from existing ecommerce program (php/mysql) through either direct database connection (preferred) or XML post (would require some programming to the ecommerce program to send XML file and some programming to OFBiz to receive XML files), so that OFBiz can be used to manage orders and backorders for those customers. Also need ongoing support from the developer, 6-10 hours per month, with possible further integrations down the road as we get used to the software and determine future needs. We plan to make a complete transition to OFBiz over the next 8-9 months.
