There is an API form a website called Despegar which has information on hotels, like amount of hotels in a given city, available rooms, and so on. I now how to make Queries for getting the info. The problem is that I get a lot of information. From all that information I want to extract only one or two variables and display it in a excel or a website. An example: In the querie: [login to view URL] I just want to extract the "total" variable, which at the moment is 29 In the querie: [login to view URL] I just want to extract the "availableRooms" variable, which at the moment is 2. So I need someone to show me how to do that.

Good evening jupajups, I can write a PHP script to extract this information for you and put it in to an excel file. The PHP script will query the site (taking parameters in on the command line so you can specify dates, etc) and then it will extract the data and place it in a CSV file for you.
