Develop a Microsite

Good Morning! I need to develop a Microsite/webpage. We have the domain and the Hosting services already. We will provide all the Graphics and Content. The benchmark page to look at is: [login to view URL] Our site will look very similar to that one. We do however want to add some community interaction in the "secciones" section. Meaning that each link will guide the user to proprietary content to do this we will create two types of user: Admin user: 1 or 2 able to upload content to those sections and manage what posts are added and what content is uploaded. Client User: from 2000 to 3000 these client will have access to specified content in the sections. And will only be able to comment on the files, videos and images uploaded. A "Register here and Login" square or small section will be added in the main page. We require a WCMS where our client will be able to upload word, excel, jpg,png and embedd You tube videos from their channel. Client users will be able to share this content on their social media accounts by clicking on Icons. Please check attached Document for a in depth explanation. The CMS must be fully user friendly to upload content.
