I have a social network I have been developing for a while. The user page was designed a few years ago and since then the trends have changed. I am looking for someone creative but yet also has the techincal knowledge to implement it. I already have the system in place, so it is not completely from scratch.
I am looking for the most recent design trends and programming. I know a lot but not quite as advanced to implement a complete overhaul. I am including a rough outline of the vision I have, but be creative and give your own input.
Colors are permanent so please no color scheme changes.
No wordpress, joomla, or any other CMS software. This will be homemade.

All current features MUST be included in the new user page, so please go over it carefully and make certain you can provide those features. Especially; instant chat, ticker.

## Deliverables
When bidding on this project the main thing to remember is that the current user page will be the base for the new user page. All of the items that are there will need to be creatively incorporated into the new design. Additionally, will need the upgrade the ticker system at the bottom. Also, find a good spot for ads. Just one ad per page, nothing too crazy.
This will be a uniquely created page, no templates of any sort. I will need a rough sketch of what your ideas are before I choose a winning bid.
I will reiterate that the design and coding must be of the latest technology.
