Database Driven CMS Website Design that includes shopping cart, payment booking system, newsletter registration, quote form and contact forms and more

I need a quote for the development of my company's website. I have my own PSD template design that I would like to use as the site's template. There are various things that I need the site to be able to do. I need a CMS that is as easy as Joomla to use but that is far more flexible. Ideally I need to more flexibility when deciding where to put modules etc. I want to place them where my templates for the given page states. I need custom built modules that fit with the theme of my site and that are dynamic and scalable when content flows over. Key modules to be built would be a printing service quote/calculator page. This would be where people enter what they require and a price is given based on their input and if the client wants to they could purchase from there. I have mocked up PSD designs for the key modules. Along the same lines would be our video crew hire service, people would enter details and the module would work out a quote. I also need kind of reservation page for wedding video bookings. Clients would choose a date on the calendar and if it was free they could purchase their wedding video online. During the checkout process I would need them to fill out a online contract complete with terms & conditions. The information that would enter would be dates, venues and times etc of their wedding day. This would need to be acknowledged by the client and they would receive a copy by email and so would I. It would work as a contract. There are a few more things I need like a shopping cart and contact forms but this can be discussed in the future. I have uploaded a gif of my homepage design.
