Converting my html designed pages into a functional website

I have managed to design and create a static html based website with my designing and little web development knowledge, I need someone who can convert this into a fully functional website. All the pages and content is already ready but in a static html format. I will also need you to make the website SEO friendly. Timeline is not a constraint, you can take as much time however the end product should be satisfactory hence please only quote the duration in which you can actually complete the project. For reference please visit any of your local job portals for e.g. Monster, Reed, MilkRound, Naukri etc. so you know what I am looking for. The only difference is my website is not aimed to be as huge as these but on the similar platform. The website should be aligned in a way so it suits any scree size and not just yours (I have had this issue on my previous project with other service providers who just couldn't sort out the alignment issues) Please include your previous work (if any) with job portals or something similar. ***IMPORTANT*** CONSIDER THESE BEFORE BIDDING: Do not bid if you haven't understood the project clearly Do not bid if you haven't worked on a job portal or similar project before (will need references) Do not bid if you require additional money for changes to your work as I am not looking for a fussy service provider Timeline driven...
