Android - Dictaphone type app

I am looking for a developer to code a Dictaphone type app. The application is going to be aimed at students in lectures, with the intention of letting them record each lecture. Features: -Record sounds and save to mp3 -Organise the mp3's into a "lecture series" -Let the users draw notes on the screen (whilst recording), so when the "lectures" are played back they can click on the little note they wrote/drew and the mp3 will skip to the moment in time at which the note was taken. -Let the users take photos, and use the same method as above to let them click it and jump the relevant of the mp3. -A system to play back the lectures with the "notes" used as buttons to skip to different parts of the mp3.
