Affiliate tool - very easy. Please recheck

Ladies and Gentleman, we do need following affiliate tool: 1. We do have an auction site 2. We will create all kind of banners. 3. We want to give out a html code. Our affiliates can implement into their website or newsletter 4. The banner with the html code will be sent through e-mail or are on websites. Once a costumer clicks on the link -for 30 days (or 2 months or 6 months ??) it will recheck whether the costumer has registered with our site 5. Has to recheck whether he has registered as a BUYER 6. Has to recheck whether the costumer has registered as a SELLER 7. For a seller the one who brought us the seller will get X USD 8. For the buyer the one who has brought us the seller will get X USD We do need the html for the banner and the UI for our affiliates. The UI should be very easy. You have to simply login. Leave some information like your name and address. Once a new costumer has registered they can see 1. How many sellers 2. How many buyers This month. Please inform in detail how you want to programm that and how you want to make it working. We won´t pay more than 100 USD. Payment is 100% after finished job. Best regards Daniel Schmidt
