Action Script + Red5 + flv Player

I require a script with variable that will be inserted in a main website that will then play a flv file from red5 server. The script should be something we can be put in the header of any website it will then load a simple flv player with transparency and play video. I believe it has to be a javascript but not sure need an expert for this =). The flv player can be opensource, but really all the flv player has to do is play a transparent video full screen with maybe and x at the bottom so users can close it. The script has to only be run from certain domain and with the specific variable to it pull the correct video. This is optional. A admin page ( flash) that will allow us to upload a flv tranparent video set the domain that will be allowed from and it will allow us to generate the script so then we can just copy and past into the website.
