DB Tool/Tracking/Redirects

A. Tool For Directories - we are wanting a tool that will place the category number in the proper position. It will need to be used before it is processed through the current database tool which is used for parsing, delimiting, etc. Format of information will stay the same, see attached. This tool will only need to place a category number on the first line. It should not mess with any of the actual information or the layout of such. The size of the files to be processed vary in size & can be quite large. B. Affiliate Tracking - we have affiliation partnerships for all of our sites. We need to be able to track how many clicks/hits are done for each link we have. We will need a piece of code to place around all of the inks to track the hits/clicks. C. If you will go to the site, [[login to view URL]][1] and look into the directory pages (choose insurance companies and watch the title [in the blue up top] and it acts as a redirect). Also, if you will pull the source code on the page, you will see that it still shows the old title name for the page instead of the one that was originally written for it. We need to make it quit acting like a redirect and to show strictly as the title that should be there. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Dreamweaver MX, Access 2003, ColdFusion, Windows XP
