Content Managment System with SEO considerations

This project shall be getting started in the next two days so I require bids quickly. Everyone will be considered but I prefer working with people who understand both SEO, CMSs and an added bonus will be someone who understands making money through adsense or PPI advertising .

I need to develop a CMS for a client who is a mass publisher of articles with over 5000 articles waiting to go on the CMS. The CMS will gain revenues through affiliate/ppc listing so it needs to be well optimised for SEO. This is the functions I require. If anybody offers helpful added insight then I will give them a bonus even if they do not win the job

This website will be have over 10 000 articles after the first year which will be on different topics. I neeed a CMS which will do the following:

1. A template which can be used by client on every page. This will have PPC advertising and images which the client can upload. I also want to consider other advertising opportnuties such as PPI but I need to know what plug-in solutions are available.

2. I need to have it so the CMS organises content into categories and then sub-categories. An example would be an article called "Getting started with Adwords". This would be in the business category, under internet marketing. The URL of this article should then be automatically made as [url removed, login to view]

3. I need any articles to also be arranged in a site map.

4. I need a google search bar on the homepage which is able to find the relevant articles.

5. I need meta-tags and any other SEO features to automatically target keywords through either the first line of the article or the article title. You can suggest any other SEO features I am overlooking.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
