Do similar toggle type

Do the same type of toggle to go down for the enable relist checkbox area ,,need it to show and work exactly like the Returns accepted toggle drop-down,this use a toggle code that upon checked it goes down and uncheck it goes back up..message me if you can do this if not please stay away..… You will get 2 files ,,1 to check the codes of the working one and the other file to add that toggle to enable relist area.. If fix is successful you will need to tell me the changes made so i can add to my file then i will release payment & close project after that..
