Wordpress Online Employment Page and Reservation Page ITEM 1: Change our online employment application for potential candidates. Currently the page is located at [login to view URL] The form questions will be the same as the pdf posted on the page, however many of the questions must allow a comment such as "only required if offered a position". Here are my requirements: 1. Their will be Job posting descriptions at the top of the page, describing what we are looking for, for example: BAR TENDERS Must have experience with cocktails etc.... COOKS Minimum of 2 years commercial kitchen experience etc... I will have the ability to post multiple Job Openings with the description below. 2.. The application will be the same for all positions, with a check box required for which position are you applying for, that will drop down the JOB TITLES. 3. I need the ability to easily change the application questions if necessary. 4. A completed form will be emailed to me at . 5. They are required to attach a recent photgraph to be able to send the form. 6. I would like to consider the option of attaching a video with the title of: "in 30 seconds or less, tell me why we should consider you for this position". I would like to know if there is a way or them to record from their smart phone and attach it on our responsive web site on their phone. ITEM 2: Change our CONTACT PAGE to also allow someone to reserve space for an event. Currently the page is located at [login to view URL] 1. I would like the option to add a phone number to the current set of questions. 2. I would like to insert a RESERVATIONS section before the general contact form, stating " REQUEST a RESERVATION", followed by a pictures of the room and a brief description of the capabilities. 3. We then want to ask all the questions: a. Full Name b. Email (required) c. Phone (optional) d. Organization or Company e. Event Name f. Date and Time (perhaps with a drop down calendar that I can block out dates and/or times that are already booked) g. Estimated People in attendance h. Additional Comments 4. This would also be emailed to me at 5. Give the customer the option to save the answers to their computer should they want to repeat these event reservation requests. SUMMARY These must be clean and intuitive for all users and must be responsive to smartphones.
