Create a Homepage Wordpress Template

We have purchased WordPress 123 Theme ([login to view URL]), and need a homepage template created. Responsive design guidelines must be followed.
We will provide:
* Layout idea
* Logo which is to be incorporated into template.
* Images
* Color Scheme which must match logo colors
If hired and you have ideas, we would encourage you to share them with us.
If hired we would expect as many mockups as needed, until we have the design we like.
Delivery of template must be in HTML
Please don’t quote a price for complete design and development, as we are asking for a quote for strictly a homepage template, our coder will implement template into the WordPress theme.
We have a coder, so this job is strictly for template creation. Having had templates built previously, we are aware of the cost so ridiculously high bids will simply be ignored.
