Few changes are required in already developed and working website. Its built on codeigniter and has a custom CMS. The changes are in header, footer and homepage. Header and footer I believe have to be changed in one file like wordpress but not sure. The website can be seen here: [url removed, login to view] and the homepage design required is attached herewith. You will be given website backup from the server and one hosting account with plesk. Homepage integration with CMS is not important and can be delayed for few days. The project is strictly time bound and any delay in delivery time will result in termination of project for sure.
