Change title behavior on homepage, headings on Bootstrap responsive WP blog

Hello, you must know and have experience Bootstrap wordpress templates. If you don't have, please do not bid. I have a Wordpress blog that is Bootstrap responsive. It has few little things to fix: 1) The main title, in the very top of the site is not clickable everywhere. The title should be clickable everywhere. 2) The same title should be the same in all the pages that are no homepages. But the title should be inside <h1></h1> only in the homepage. 3) The words inside <span> are behaving bad in small screens. They should always be in one line. 4) The rating bar should appear few pixels above. We need to put the rating bar few pixels above only using CSS and avoiding to use negative CSS. For example margin-top: -4px; must be avoided. I will send a wordpress document with all the details and screenshots easy to unserstand to the bidder that will offer a good price.
