Hello fellow freelancers, first off, please write when you bid "i have read the statement" I want to create a freelance site like [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] / freelancer.com, I am looking for a flat design, something simple but effective. The site will be divided in 3 categories: 1. The project posting: - It will be same system like freelancer.com 2. The resume section - Allows users to fill resumes online - Allows employers to browse throw resumes 3. Company section - In this section companies will be able to place their offer based on the consumer’s request I am looking for someone with experience on similar projects, someone who can offer his/her suggestions, I can provide the graphic design Please note that i wish to launch the site in 3 months, so we have plenty of time to finish all the details related to this project. P.s. you will work starting with this template [login to view URL] and customize it, note that there will be changes to the layout.

Hi. As you want to a site like freelancer so first of all the time it takes to complete is 15 days . I will put all the functionality as freelancer have but the freelancer have one problem that we cannot see again the bided project on one page as it is on elance so we are suggetsing you to add that page also for better service .
