Disclosure of the Merchant Outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the Cardholder 13. Customer service contact (including e-mail address and telephone number) 14. Customer data privacy policy 15. Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details 16. Provide a “Click to Accept” or other acknowledgement button for the Cardholder to ensure the policy acceptance. 17. Secure Socket layer (SSL) Proof of transaction must contain: 1. Merchant name 2.
