Directory Website Using PHP Link Directory

Don't bother to respond unless you know how to use PHP link directory, or unless you have a better system with more features and better UI. I currently have a directory using php link directory at [login to view URL] I want to make something like that for niche business and make it regional. I want same to import same exact category database from regional section like this: [login to view URL] I want this listing for united states, Canada, Mexico, All European countries, Japan, Australia, France, Germany, and include all states / providences / counties / cities with their own page for each one. Basic features I need is free listing with reciprocal link, bot will check if reciprocal link was successfully placed, if yes it will auto approve. I can put some filter if website or description or link title include keyword like "sex" or "drugs" then link will auto reject. Also bot will check again, maybe in 1 month they take our link off their website, so their free link will be deactivated and email sent to client telling them that link was removed because reciprocal link was no longer there, we can reactivate link if they put reciprocal link back on their website. must be able to accept paypal for paid listings. Must be able to make different kind of plans, one for deep linking (inlude multiple link in one listing) one for multi category (assign number of category for certain price and customer can choose multiple of them and listing will go on all. Must have auto SEO for title tag and meta tag on every category page and have ability for me to manually change each one and also to change content of body or header words. Must have ability for me to set minimum pagerank and if site who wants free listing is not even page rank 1 I can also auto reject.
