Hey there, I want a programmer well grounded in PHP, MySQL, Graphics (CSS, Designs, etc). I want to customize OpenSIS, a Student Management System. The team behind OpenSIS have done a fantastic job with the software functionality, but the UI looks bleak and dated with the software centered. A demo is available here: [login to view URL] (you have to login to view the software). I also require a redesign of the login interface. Everything should look modern, simple and clean.
