Create Blog Based Website, Graphics, Forms, SEO, etc..

Looking for coder to create a Blog Style Word Press website using the latest word press with SEO Enabled mod. Coder must: 1: Basic SEO tags for all pages created, including template. 2: Be able to create high quality website and graphics! Quality is a MUST! a. If you are unable to do graphics, please say so... 3: Must use up-to-date, and clean coding. (your code will be checked by another coder, before the end of the project, so please do not use old fragmented/unstable out of date coding) 4: Be able to create at least two submit forms. 5: Include/embed video into website. This is a quick run down of what I need: 1 Superior Home Page You have just under 10-15 seconds to make your impression. 2 Submit Pages a: Survey b: Schedule Appointment 1 Testimonial page (blog) 1 template page that contains all blog links/information. blog info/links will be on the right, and you will set a image holder for images/text on the right. If you setup the template correctly, I should be able to create as many pages as I need, and each page would maintain real time blog information from the blog...each template will have: Archives, Tags, and/or other information you think will help improve SEO for the blog or website. of course the home page would have would have blog links also. I would like all blog links on all pages to rotate in order to appear as if it had fresh content. If you have a better idea on content, then I am open to recomendations.
