Hi, I'll create speed, SEO and mobile optimized website built on my knowledge of WordPress for 7 years. WordPress regarding CMS features doesn't have expiry date of an article but that can be added. After checking your existing site I will propose same or new/changed categories for better SEO results. Android and iOS app are included in this bid if you mean to have basic app with article refresher and possible notify popups (for a new content). If you require membership site beyond WordPress built-in features this would be an additional project (using WishList Member, payments including recurring subscriptions, "dripped" content etc).
