Cartoonist needed for webpage work

I have 2 small projects. 1: I want a cartoon likeness of myself (head and shoulders only) - this should be a fun likeness, not to be taken to seriously, but should still look like me some. home page with misc photos are at [login to view URL] 2: I need to create a fun looking web intro/splash page for an advertising campain. This Web page will be a simple box 600 X 400PX on a background. In the box there will be text some thing like "you'd be have to be CRAZY to miss this opportunity" I will be fine tuning the text if neccasary but will follow the same theme. I will have some final text for this page shortly. ideally if the graphics/webpage follows the same theme I should be able to change the text slightly as needed. this spash page should contain a entertaining fun cartoon style graphic that follows the "CRAZY" theme of the sample text above - This page will initially only be viewed for a few seconds, so it must be visually appealing and entertaining. applicant should be familiar with webpage design, marketing and a great graphics artist/cartoonist.
