Car dealer integrated with ebay motors

I am looking for a site very similar to http://www.carad.com.

It should have the same features as the above site, which include but are not limited to:

Ability to post an ebay auction through the website.

integrated with ebay.

Couple of templates for auction listings.

The site should charge $9.95 per listing that the user posts to ebay. This will be handled through either a merchant account or paypal.

I am only looking for the dealer section of the site, not individuals.

You must be familiar with ebay in order to complete this task. Ebay motors experience preferred.
