Build a Website for Olive Communications

Olive Communications, An advertising agency based in Johannesburg, South Africa is looking for the development of a website to allow management of promoters at brand launches and events. The web based application is to be accessible primarily through mobile phones, and should allow individual promoters to register themselves on the site, uploading information about themselves which is then to be displayed similarly to social media platforms. Additionally, the agency managing the event must be able to create events, and be able to assign promoters to them, filtering through all available promoters. This is to be done through an 'administrator dashboard'. Once at the event, the promoter uses the web app to 'check in' to the event, and to answer specific questions relating to the event through their mobile phones. information to be uploaded to the site during the event may include photographs, customers contact details, specifics relating to the event (number of visitors, number of samples handed out, units sold, etc.) All information about the event is to be uploaded and stored within the system, and the promoter checks out when the event is complete. This information is then to be made available through a management dashboard, which allows all information to be filtered and displayed. This dashboard is intended for the administrators, but a client or event organiser must also be given credentials to access reporting functionality specific to their event(s). requirements in summary: - Promoter registration and management - Allow promoters (most of whom are on mobile phones) to Register, logon and create/manage their profile - Profile has personal info, work history, picture etc - Some kind of admin dashboard to manage profiles/search/add/delete/filter - Allow Olive to add clients -> and events -> and assign promoters to specific events - When promoter logs on to their profile they can see what event/activation they have been assigned to - When promoters get to an event they can “check in”, record date and time, capture images of the event, and answer a couple of standard questions about the event, then “Check out” - All info captured to be stored on promoter and event profile - Ability to report on each event, and collate info from multiple promoters into that report - A client dashboard so they can see all events that were created/carried out, as well as the results from the poll/questions.
