customisable fashion site in MySQL/MSSQL, PHP/ASP & Flash

We're possibly looking for a number of collaborators on this project. What we're looking to put in place for this client is a fashion web site with a shopping cart facility. Our client is looking to customise clothes for their customers. They want to achieve this my filling their product database (MySQL) with various different items. For example, a woman's dress - customer would pick the size of the dress, style of the dress, fabric, print pattern - and these items would be added to the shopping cart. Then before the customer completes their transaction, we're looking for a Flash mock-up of what the customer's creation will look like. To do that, Flash should analyse the contents of the shopping cart and then pull the images pertaining to those items from the database to create the view. If it could be done in 3D then even better. The Flash box shouldn't be that big (I will provide exact sizes along with the sizes of images etc.) The graphics will be created by the client and they should be able to change the items in the database by uploading various items, along with their associated images. The shopping cart will have to be hooked up to the World Pay system. The branding will be done by us and will be provided upon successful bid.
