Customization of Swish Template

I purchased a Swish Template from Template Monster, and I need help redesigning the template in order to fit my needs, I will provide a detailed description, of what I would like to have replaced on each section of the template, you can view the template here: [login to view URL] I will provide the swish movie and all necessary pictures for the changes. Better Description - I would like the Design to say Quashon Davis and be centered along that block. The Studio to say [login to view URL] The who we are to say who am i The about us should say About the Author our works should say my books i'm only going to have one book right now in that section...i will give the thumbnail....which would be the same size as the ones in the pictures.... our addresses should say addresses and numbers when you open the contact tab...i will give you a picture to add there....and i would like our address to say...Contact Information...i will give the text that should go next to the picture as well.... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
