Custom flash video player - ActionScript

I need a custom built flash video player with the following features: On startup, player downloads an XML file from the server that describes what it needs to play. Xml file can contain commands for both videos to play back, images to show and transitions to perform between them. Player has to then play the video/images/transitions until the end of the file, at which point it downloads another script file and continues. It also must have some mechanism to be controlled by the server. My preference is for it to open a socket and accept control connections, but that's flexible. I expect this is a good day or two for a competent ActionScript programmer. I'd prefer somebody that's immediately available and has Skype so we can work out the exact details of the mechanisms. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
