Cool CMS Website

Read carefully before applying. I need to make a cool website for an extreme-sports company. They produce the MOTO-PARAGLIDING EQUIPMENT, organise trainings, flights etc. These guys are not the regular bread-eaters. They are the crazy skydivers with the big noisy turbo-engines in the ****. This is an extremely cool project. What is to be done: coding on CMS system some simple but cool design, mainly the top banner with some flashanimation (mini intro within) products menu articles menu newsletter quick survey application form gallery one full version+ 3 other (short) language versions including russian. I am providing all the materials. The trick is this is going to be done on CMS and need to be easy editable for "just a guy". There will be few things to add in the future for programist: "add to basket" and "make an order" feature login for registered users open forum on extreme sports with logging/avatars/administrators etc. But this is not for now. As about the structure I imagine it as something similiar to [login to view URL] but more cool design. Each products shown like the articles in the website above. Take a careful look at the system of menus. As about the design, it can be done by myself, or by you, if I like your style and proposals. Think of something like rollerblade, salomon, but put in the frame of [login to view URL] I have plenty of photos and other materials but other are welcome. It has to be a good proportion of "extreme" and adventure in design, but it may not to be overloaded. It is to be bright, not dark. the main thing about this website is the clean and editable "structure", not the design. (As I wrote I can do design myself). I am looking for someone who knows how to do it from beginning to the final, works fast, efficient and is reliable. The working engine, menu, design is going to be launched in 2 weeks. Then we add articles. As about the design, it has to be cool, creative and fun! I have the photos, texts, infos already prepared and set in order. We can make the whole admin panel in english, but finally I need to translate with your help to my language. Contact me only if you know how to do it from the beginning to happy end.
