Contact form in Flash + embedding .swf map in template

We have a flash template (XML generated) and a contact form integrated in it with PHP support script for sending form on mail. We need somebody for reconstruction this form in way that this form opens in popup window when visitor clik the link.
Also, we need somebody to embedd a swf map (XML generated) in main flash template (map must be editable later via XML) in way that map loads into template from outside swf file. So, just embedding external swf movie...
There is not to much of work! I need a person who is able to do this in less then 24 hours!
