Hi,
This is basically a CMS development project. The platform is yet to be finalized, some of the probable platforms are: Wordpress, Joomla, Magneto, Plone.
The website will let user play MP3s in the browser. For this, either flash or html5 audio control can be used. The website must be accessible from iOS(mobile platforms). Priority is to use html5 audio control for playing mp3 in the browser, but flash can be used for browsers where html5 is not supported.
Another requirement of the website is to invoke an existing Python script when a button is clicked in the browser. The script produces a mp3 file from the inputs given by the user, and this newly produced mp3 can be played by the user through html5 or flash player embedded into the website.

Please provide your exact cost and deadline. Also, please let me know which CMS platform you will be using and why.
