Businsess Website Update

**_Design Overview_** This project is for the design update, search engine optimization and conversion of the website [[login to view URL]][1] to php and adding a backend admin (cms) content management system, add a shopping cart, add a newsletter mail out feature, add a discussion forum, add a event management portal to sell event / seminar tickets. The web site shall then be seamlessly integrated with payment gateway of our choosing to receive online payments for products listed in shopping cart, and event seminar tickets. The content, pictures, banners, forum, shopping cart and all the functions of the website shall be able to be changed updated and monitored from the cms admin as new information will need to be integrated into the website constantly. The main objective of this site would be to inform the public of the business the quantum centre, sell products to the public, sell event and seminar tickets to the public and previous clients. Public/Client Members shall also have a separate login to purchase products, purchase event/seminar tickets, update questions on forums and be on mail out, All being administered from main Admin. Please view attachments for additional description before applying for this project. _Please Post your bid amount._ ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Php, MySql based system.
